- Reset / April 2 — I gave an exception to myself. That is when you start doing the old habit again.
- +3 days [no tv / no alcoho] — I am not quite sure, but I feel a little bit more active than before. I drink coke too much.
- +2 days [no tv / no alcohol] — I still had a difficulty to wake up in the morning. Still having a dizziness, which is like you smoke after one or two days break.
- +1 day [no tv / no alcohol] — I feel too tired. I feel like I am having a flu or something. I went to bed at 10:30 (I usually go to bed at around 1am.)
